Where do you post from?
All Trans Masc Studies products are now manufactured and shipped worldwide using production services local to the individual order. This is to improve shipping times and to reduce shipping costs for all customers, particularly those who live outside of the UK.
Working with worldwide print providers should reduce shipping costs by 90%, reduce shipping time, and prevent waste. As you are no longer relying on me, a chronically ill disabled person, to get to the post office, it will be faster and more reliable too!
When will I get my order?

UK: 4-5 days
US: 4-6 days
EU: 4-5 days
Rest of World: Usually between 7 and 14 days (email me for a more exact estimate)

UK: 3-4 days

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. It is calculated at checkout before you confirm your order. You will always know the postage cost before you pay for your order.
What are your return policies?
As all items are made to order, all sales are final, and Trans Masc Studies is unable to accept any returns unless there is a fault. If your item is faulty, please get in touch via email and I will organise a refund or replacement.
EU Right of Withdrawal
As per the EU guidelines around right of withdrawal, you are able to cancel your order up until the point of fulfilment. You will get an email confirmation when your order has been shipped, at which point you are unable to cancel your order.
